This trip will involve both medical mission work as well as a community project.

If you are interested in participating in this great mission opportunity or just want to learn more, join us for an informational meeting on Sun., Sept. 25, at 12:15 p.m., Room 202. Contact Joe Walker at 816-333-4917 for more information.

For the past 11 years, our church has worked in partnership with CEPAD, the Protestant Council of Churches in Nicaragua. CEPAD’s vision is to serve poor communities, promoting justice, peace and solidarity with the aim of improving quality of life. CEPAD works with each community over several years to facilitate independence in areas of agriculture, education, community infrastructure (clean water, sanitation) and governance.[/cs_text][/cs_column][/cs_row][/cs_section][/cs_content]
