Join us for the 2020 Celebration Dinner and Auction at a new location this year, the 2016 Main Event Space, located at 2016 Main Street in Kansas City, Missouri. Look for the orange door!

Schedule

6:30 p.m. – Silent auction, drinks and buffet dinner

8:30 p.m. – Silent auction closes and Live Auction begins. Check out begins immediately following Live Auction

Live music by Paul Tucker, Matthew Thompson and friends.

Wine Pull

Each bottle is worth a minimum of $25 and some are worth much more. Take a chance by choosing a bottle for $25. Everyone is a winner!

Benefactors Levels

Benefactors are crucial to the overall success of the fundraising for our church. Support this event at one of the following levels:

$5,000 – 10 tickets to the Celebration Dinner and Auction, acknowledgment in print and at the event

$2,500 – 8 tickets to the Celebration Dinner and Auction, acknowledgment in print and at the event

$1,500 – 6 tickets to the Celebration Dinner and Auction, acknowledgment in print and at the event

$1,000 – 4 tickets to the Celebration Dinner and Auction, acknowledgment in print and at the event

$500 – 2 tickets to the Celebration Dinner and Auction, acknowledgment in print and at the event

$250 -2 tickets to the Celebration Dinner and Auction, acknowledgment in print and at the event

Buy Your Tickets and Benefactor Packages

You can purchase your tickets or benefactor packages online by clicking here. Choose Celebration Dinner from the drop-down menu. Then enter the amount that reflects the number of tickets you wish to purchase (ex: 2 tickets = $200), or the benefactor level you choose. Or stop by the Parlor on Sundays, Feb. 16, 23, Mar. 1 or 8. Do you have an item you’d like to donate? We are looking for fun and unique items, such as vacation homes, tickets to sporting events or concerts, gift certificates, jewelry, artwork and more! Use the form below to submit your auction item.

  • The person/company that will receive the tax deduction as donor

  • If possible, please take upload a photo of your item for possible use in auction promotional materials or during the event.
    By clicking the box above I agree to donate the listed item(s) and to deliver it Country Club Christian Church by March 8,, 2020. I agree to allow the auction committee to determine the opening bid. I understand that by donating the listed item I have given Country Club Christian Church ownership of the item and the ability to use the item to raise funds at the Annual Celebration Dinner & Auction as the committee determines. In the event that any listed item is not used for the Annual Celebration Dinner & Auction, the church agrees to return it to the original owner after the event.
