The 2011 Nicaragua Mission Trip team was commissioned in worship on Sun., Feb. 13, with this prayer:
Holy Creator, bless this team as they go serve as ambassadors of this church. Give them strength and wisdom, compassion and courage as they offer your peace. Open their hearts to your love and your grace revealed in the faces and places they encounter in Nicaragua. Empower all of us to grow in faith, hope and love. Amen.
