The Personnel Committee is pleased to announce the hiring of Dina Pannabecker Evans as our new Executive Director of Operations. Dina will continue to work half time as our Co-Director of Music while serving concurrently in this new half-time position. Over 60 applications were received and a team consisting of Scott Glasrud, Dan Jensen, Kevin Briggs and Carla Aday conducted interviews of the top candidates.
Formerly, Dina worked full time at KU as Assistant Dean in the School of Music. Dina brings with her a wealth of experience and knowledge about accounting and organizational management as well as a deep love for and experience with the local church. She earned a BA in Business and Accounting and a Masters in music from Bowling Green, and a DMA in Organ Performance from KU.
Dina’s portfolio as executive director will be similar to a portion of the work previously done by our Executive Minister Carla Aday, who now moves to the Senior Minister role. Dina will supervise Jason Ashley, Director of Facilities Management, Paul Cutelli, Director of Technology and Rachel Clement, Director of Finance. She will work with the Practical Services, Finance, Stewardship, and Endowment ministry areas as well as overseeing human resources practices. Dina’s email is [email protected].
