The smooth functioning of any church depends on the willingness of its members to volunteer their time and talents to keep the various ministries going. Each volunteer makes a decision about their area or areas of involvement based on their own interests and the needs of the church.
While our students (6th-12th graders) may not seem very vocal in large group settings, if you get them in their element, you can’t get a word in edge wise! This is something I absolutely love about them; their personality, their independence, their voice.
