The work of the church is made possible through the generosity of its people.

The generosity of our members and friends makes a powerful difference in the lives of thousands of God’s people – here within our stone walls and around the globe. Making a financial commitment to your church is an act of faith; a recognition of the presence of God in your life; an appreciation for the gift of grace. Because of the generosity of our members and friends:

  • The hungry are fed and clothed
  • Youth and adults serve on mission trips
  • Children and Youth grow in faith during Sunday School, Youth Group and Camps
  • Spiritual formation is enriched through small groups for every stage of life
  • The lonely are visited
  • Homes for refugees, the poor and the addicted are furnished and funded
  • Couples are married and provided counseling services
  • Youth are baptized
  • Those who are grieving receive comfort
  • The good news of God’s love is witnessed

Your generosity creates meaningful connections in the congregation and with our neighbors across Kansas City. In 2025–2026, these vital connections will continue to grow. With your faithful support, we will enhance relationships with all of our mission partners, expand our children’s spiritual formation programs to serve our growing number of young families, and open our doors even wider to the community through inspiring concerts and special events. We also aspire to upgrade our Social Hall with new audiovisual equipment, creating a space where everyone feels welcome and included.

Set Up Recurring Contributions

Contributions can now be debited automatically from your checking or savings account on a schedule of your choosing. You are also welcome to utilize a credit card for recurring gifts. If you are currently giving on a weekly basis, you will no longer need to write out 52 checks a year or prepare 52 envelopes. And, when travel, illness or other circumstances prevent you from attending services, this program will allow your weekly offerings to continue on an uninterrupted basis. Give Now

Click the “Set Recurring Gift” button. A secure third party window will open. Select Regularly from the Frequency dropdown menu then choose the schedule, day and starting date to begin recurring contributions.

Transfer Stocks and Bonds

Planned Giving

The Combs Legacy is named for George Hamilton Combs, founding minister of Country Club Christian Church. The Combs Legacy includes those who choose to make end-of-life financial gifts to the church through planned giving. Such gifts from Combs Legacy members create a living legacy that furthers the church’s mission beyond the givers’ lifetimes, sustaining the church’s ministries for future generations. Memorial Giving

There are several ways to honor and remember your loved ones through gifts to the church.

  1. Memorial Flowers – You may sponsor the floral displays in the sanctuary on a particular Sunday. Your $50 donation provides a fresh flower arrangement beside the cross.  Your loved one or honoree is named in that week’s worship bulletin. You may take the flowers after our 11:00 a.m. service or our flower ministry will arrange them for hospital visits. Contact the church office at 816-333-4917 for more information.
  2. Online Worship Sponsorships – Memorialize a loved one or honor someone with a $100 gift that keeps us connected across the miles. Our livestream serves our homebound and out-of-town members and friends. Contact the office at 816-333-4917 or [email protected].
  3. Memorial Gifts – Remember a loved one or honor a friend with a donation. To give a memorial gift:
    1. Click the “Give a Memorial Gift” button, select “Memorial” from the dropdown.
    2. Then Click Here to notify the church of your name and your honoree.
