Julián Zugazagoitia, Director and CEO of The Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art, will be the speaker at our annual Thanksgiving Dinner celebration on Thur., Nov. 15. The Amani Choir will be our musical guest. We will gather at 6:30 p.m. in the Social Hall. for a traditional dinner. Cost is $18 per adult, $10 per child. Purchase tickets in the parlor on Oct. 28, Nov. 4 and 11. Childcare is available upon request.
We will also be supporting partner agencies at this event. The following items are needed for Della Lamb Community Service’s Operation Thanksgiving, Grace United Community Ministries, and Cross-Lines Community Outreach. Please bring one or more of these items to the Thanksgiving Dinner, or drop them in the Parlor any Sunday before Nov. 15.
