Two Easy Steps:
- Contact your broker and pass on the above information.
- Fill out and submit the following form to inform us that the transaction is forthcoming.
Once we receive notification that the transfer has been made, we will sell the stock immediately and request a check, and once the check is received we will apply the amount received to your giving record in accordance with your wishes and send you a confirmation letter. You will also see this transaction on your quarterly and year-end giving statements.
