On Sunday, November 5, 2023, at Country Club Christian Church, around 75 people gathered to learn more about what is happening in Israel and Palestine. The free class was led by Rev. Dr. Mike Graves, Scholar in Residence at Country Club Christian Church, and Dr. David May, Professor of New Testament at Central Baptist Theological Seminary. Mike and David talked about their experience in Israel just weeks prior to the outbreak of violence between Israel and Gaza, and explored the conflict through a religious and humanitarian perspective.
