The team finished our final day of work and gathering information in Haiti today, Tuesday. We spent the morning back at Conaspeh teaching and playing with the school children.

The team spent Monday morning at the National Museum of Haiti learning about the history of this country. The country as a slave colony found its independence in 1804, and since has had both times of peace and of strife.

The group attended church today at a local Baptist church. The church had been damaged badly during the earthquake in January 2010.

Saturday was the team’s second day at the Conaspeh facility in Port Au Prince. Glen and George taught the seminary students again. Kara and Pat taught the nursing students for the second days as well. The balance of the team toured the facility and visited with students and staff.
