I wonder about God’s “mission” for us. What does that word even mean? I carried this question on the trip I took last weekend. Eleven middle schoolers and a couple other adults from our church community joined for our Middle School Service-Learning Trip to Des Moines, Iowa.

High School Mission Team Goes to Fort Worth, TX
High school students traveled to Fort Worth, TX, from June 17-23, visiting Texas Christian University and working with Connect Fort Worth, an organization that connects mission teams with projects focusing on homelessness, hunger, children and urban poverty.

Car Wash a Success for Nicaragua Mission
On Saturday, May 14, high school students who will be participating in the June 2-8 Nicaragua Mission Trip held a benefit car wash in the Combs Chapel lot. The students raised over $700 to purchase recreational equipment to take as gifts to the children in Nicaragua.
