Children and families are invited on August 23 for our annual traditions of a Back to School Blessing and the presentation of a Bible to all our third graders.

Children and families are assisting the Green Team in preparing the church grounds for spring and summer. The Dakan family did general clean up this week to keep the grounds tidy and help prepare for the flower planting. Other families will be putting almost 800 begonias in the ground in the coming days. Our children, youth and families have packed 1,944 meals for Cross-Lines Community Outreach to be distributed to families in the Kansas City area. If your family would like to sponsor and pack some meals, find out how. The Mueret family had so much fun, they went a second time!
During this time of sheltering in place, people are hungry not just for things to do but ways to grow spiritually when most every aspect of life has been upended. The clergy put our heads together and compiled a list of resources for just such a moment as this.
